Welcome to Lootvina Houses accommodation! Our aim is to offer our guests a unique and safe holiday experience in the middle of the beautiful hilly landscape of Põlva County. The following terms and conditions apply to all guests who book and use our accommodation.

General information

  • Lootvina Houses offer accommodation in two tree-top mirror houses, one of which is located in the about 6 metres and another about 15 metres at ground level.
  • Both houses are equipped with everything you need for life, including fully equipped kitchen, toilet, washing facilities, sauna and terrace.face
  • Terraces are with limited security restrictions, but because of the elevated location, you still need to be careful when moving around.
  • The houses are located in in the woods, in the middle of a peaceful dome landscape and are suitable for visitors who appreciate nature.

Booking and payment

  • The booking will be considered confirmed once the 100% advance payment has been received.
  • When booking through the online environment, the customer pays the total amount for the rental period. 
  • The website uses a payment partner Montonio Finance OÜ to process payments.
  • For the delivery of gift cards, we use Montonio Tarne's partners: parcel terminals of Omniva, Smartpost and DPD. 
  • Cancellation and refund policy: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
  • By confirming the booking, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
  • Check-in: from at 15:00
  • Check-out: latest at 12:00

Responsibilities of users

The user undertakes to:

  • Provide correct information when booking
  • Behave well in the accommodation and follow the rules of the house.
  • Not violate applicable laws or damage property.

The accommodation provider has the right to cancel the booking or claim compensation if the rules are broken.

Intellectual property

The entire content of the website (photos, texts, design) is the property of Lootvina Houses and any copying and distribution without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

The provider is not responsible for inconveniences caused by natural factors (e.g. weather, natural disaster).

Use of accommodation

  • The huts are designed for adults and/or young children (preferably up to 3-4 years old)..
  • In the case of young children, the parent has full responsibility for the child's safety. Please do not leave children unattended, especially on terraces and stairs.
  • The maximum number of guests allowed per property is set in the booking and may not be exceeded.
  • Smoking in houses and on terraces is. strictly prohibited.
  • Pets are strictly prohibited.

Security and liability

  • Lighthouses are high security areas. Any climbing, climbing over fences, jumping or risky behaviour is prohibited.
  • Lootvina Houses is not responsible for visitor personal injury or damage to property. for damage caused by breach of the terms of use or negligence.
  • Guests are responsible for the accommodation and furnishings. good governance and have to pay compensation for the damage caused.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if there is a serious breach of the conditions of use.

Privacy and respect for nature

  • Please respect the natural environment: dispose of rubbish in a designated place, not to harm plants, animals or structures.
  • The noise level must be low - quiet time from 22:00so as not to disturb nature, other visitors or the neighbourhood.
  • The use of drones, professional photography or filming will only be allowed with prior agreement.

Changes to the conditions

The website administrator may modify the terms and conditions with prior notice. The updated terms and conditions will be published on the website.

Emergency situations

In the event of storms or other acts of God, we reserve the right to. move or cancel your booking to ensure safety. In these circumstances, in the event of cancellation by us, the booking fee will be refunded.
